Zebra stallion saved from snare

September 2022
A call came in for emergency assistance from the Northern Sabi Sands - South Africa

Wild Wonderful World’s Rapid Response Fund co-funded the veterinary costs to rescue a zebra from a snare digging into its neck. If we had not intervened, the zebra would have died a gruesome death, whether through predation or starvation… A big thank you to Aardvark Veterinary Services, African Wildlife Vets & down 2 the wire for this successful collaboration!

Our Rapid Response Fund saves big and small wildlife in need of emergency assistance. You can help!
