In order to compile statistics and improve our website, we use Google Analytics to track where our website traffic is coming from. Only anonymous aggregated data is used by our team to evaluate the use and functioning of our website. This anonymised information includes, but is not limited to, the number of visits to our site, pages, geographical location associated with IP address at city, region and country level, demographic information such as gender and age, device type, etc. We can only access information that you have chosen to share with Google. Wild Wonderful World will never store, disclose, sell or in any way distribute your data outside of our organisation. On occasion, we work with third party companies under a non-disclosure agreement to assist us with website analytics such as evaluating the use and operation of our website so that we can continue to enhance the website and our services.
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly, we need to collect sensitive personal data such as your name and address, any special needs/dietary requirements/disabilities etc. If you choose to provide this sensitive personal data to us as part of a particular service this will mean that you have given your explicit consent for us, our service providers, and/or third parties which are providing a quote or fulfilling your travel arrangements to use that information for the reasons described in this policy, or as explained at the time you provide that information to us. We will not, however, pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us.
All information supplied by Wild Wonderful World on its website, in any publication or in any communication is believed to be correct and is given in good faith. We cannot accept any liability for changes that occur, or errors that become apparent, after the production of these materials. Every effort is made to ensure the information is accurate. Prices, details of products and services and any offers posted on our website, advertised at shows or on marketing literature are subject to change without notice and all products, services and offers are subject to availability. Prior written consent from Wild Wonderful World is expressly required for the reproduction, duplication, copying or any other use whatsoever of any content found on the website (logos, photographs, data, videos etc). Wild Wonderful World reserves the right to modify or otherwise amend or discontinue any content or service found on the website at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Marketing Materials
Any photos or videos of you taken on any of our programmes, or images and videos supplied by you to Wild Wonderful World or to our partners, may be used by us without charge in all media for promotional or marketing purposes, such as in brochures, video shows and on the internet. By participating in our programmes and safaris you are agreeing to waive any rights to these images, or comments made, and agree that they may be used by Wild Wonderful World in future marketing.
3.2 Information concerning links to other websites and services
If you previously opted in to receive emails, you may choose to opt-out. You may opt-out by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or updating your email preferences via the link displayed at the bottom of our mails.
If you would like to modify or delete any personal information you’ve provided to us, you may do so by sending an email to email@example.com and we will work to comply with your request.
