Wild Wonderful World is a member of SATSA (the Southern Africa Tourism Services Association) which requires that all members abide by a strict code of conduct which strives for ethical behaviour in the tourism sector of Southern Africa. Any party that chooses to use a SATSA member as a supplier can be assured of the highest level of service and the eradication of malpractice in any transaction.
SATSA members adhere to a strict Code of Conduct, guaranteeing high standards of service, good quality, trustworthiness, and recourse for the consumer. Members undergo a stringent application process and are required to submit documentation about their business annually so that the association can verify that they are indeed running a healthy business that can be recommended to consumers. All members are also bonded with third-party indemnity, ensuring financially sound relationships when using them as suppliers. Wild Wonderful World LTD is bonded with the SATSA Bond, which deals with losses incurred by any customer as a result of a member being placed under involuntary liquidation. Your pre-tour deposits are guaranteed (subject to fund-specific Terms & Conditions, please refer to SATSA Bonding).
