Snared hyena rescued on Djuma Private Game Reserve

Healed over cable snare removed and complete recovery expected

Wild Wonderful World cooperated with our snare rescue partners to fund the immobilization and treatment of an adult male spotted hyena with a chronic snare wound. The operation was carried out on Djuma in SSNR. The snare was a cable snare that had healed over but complete recovery is expected.
