Wild Wonderful World will never store, disclose, sell or in any way distribute your data outside of our organisation. In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly, we need to collect sensitive personal data such as your name and address, any special needs/dietary requirements/disabilities etc. If you choose to provide this sensitive personal data to us as part of a particular service this will mean that you have given your explicit consent for us, our service providers, and/or third parties which are providing a quote or fulfilling your travel arrangements to use that information for the reasons described in this policy, or as explained at the time you provide that information to us. Any photos or videos of you taken on any of our programmes, or images and videos supplied by you to Wild Wonderful World or to our partners, may be used by us without charge in all media for promotional or marketing purposes, such as in brochures, video shows and on the internet. By participating in our programmes and safaris you are agreeing to waive any rights to these images, or comments made, and agree that they may be used by Wild Wonderful World in future marketing.
