Conservation and nature have always been a part of my life and held a very big piece of my heart. Growing up in Johannesburg, an annual trip to the bush, particularly the Kruger National Park, was a compulsory family holiday, where we would escape from city life. This is where my passion began to grow and has not stopped since. After completing all the training and assessments, my career commenced in 2007. Over the last 13 years, I have worked in both the Timbavati and Sabi Sand Private Game Reserves. I enjoy all aspects of guiding; tracking, birding, walking and interacting with my guests, as well as travelling and meeting people from all over Africa and the World. Apart from guiding, I enjoy fishing, riding bikes and spending time with family; I have an incredible wife and daughter, who I am lucky enough to share this amazing journey with.
